The paper presents the usage of multidimensional correspondence analysis to estimation the role of fibre and medicinal plants in farms plant production in the context of the determinants influencing the choice of these plants for crop rotation scheme. The source of data were the survey questionnaires collected among the farmers running agricultural activity in the period 2011-2012 in the Wielkopolska region. The correspondence analysis enabled to indicate relations a selected categorical variable and such categories as age, sex, education, number of person per household, farm area and farm income in 2010 and 2011.

W artykule opisano cel badań empirycznych dotyczących organizacyjnego się MSP. Przedstawiono zastosowaną procedurę badawczą oraz przesłanki decyzji o odpowiednim wyborze metody badawczej. Ponadto, w niniejszej części scharakteryzowano narzędzie badawcze, opisano próbę, jej dobór oraz przedstawiono sposób i etapy badań pilotażowych, których przeprowadzenie było niezbędne z perspektywy metodologii badań naukowych. Artykuł zakończono wnioskami, zawierającymi praktyczne wskazówki wynikające z doświadczeń związanych z przeprowadzaniem badań kwestionariuszowych w małych i średnich przedsiębiorstwach.

As surprisingly few studies discuss the specificity of organizational learning in SME, it is interesting and necessary to take up this subject. The article treats of the methodology of the conducted empirical research. It deals with such problems as the objective and model of the empirical research, the research procedure used, the characteristics of the research tool, the sample selection, the pilot research, the sample description and the methods of the data analysis.
