Podejmując tematykę zarządzania czasem pracy, przyjęto tezę, zgodnie z którą określenie wzorców (standardów) działalności stanowi podstawę efektywnego wykorzystania zasobów organizacji i sprawnego zarządzania nimi. Nadto uznano, że najpierw należy opracować standardy metod pracy, a następnie ustalić standardy czasu, ze zwróceniem uwagi szczególnie na standardy czasu pracy.

The article focuses on working time management and the thesis has been supported, that determining activity patterns (standards) makes the basis of effective utilization of organization resources and their efficient management. Moreover, it has been recognized, that working method standards should be drown out first, then working time standards should be established, with particular attention paid to working time standards.
