Wybrane aspekty problematyki odpowiedzialności za szkody spowodowane bezzałogowymi statkami powietrznymi

During past few years we have witnessed a significant increase in the use of unmanned aerial vehicles. The main aim of this paper is to present selected aspects of the liability for damages caused by drones. The article is composed of six parts. The introduction shows the development of the droned-powered industry and some negative issues related hereto i.e damages that they might cause. Subsequently, the international and polish regulations connected to subject matter are outlined. The author discusses also the issues related to third-party insurance for drone operators. Finally, a brief conclusion is provided where de lege ferenda proposals are suggested.

Publikacja ma na celu analizę regulacji odnoszących się do problematyki odpowiedzialności za szkody na powierzchni Ziemi spowodowane przez bezzałogowe statki powietrzne. W jej toku omówione zostanie pojęcie bezzałogowego statku powietrznego, którego definicja nie jest jednoznaczna. Następnie określone zostaną ramy prawne normujące odpowiedzialność za szkody na powierzchni naszego globu spowodowane przez tego rodzaju statki powietrzne ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem rodzaju odpowiedzialności oraz wskazaniem podmiotów, które ją ponoszą. Zarysowana zostanie także problematyka ubezpieczeń od odpowiedzialności cywilnej właściwych dla operatorów bezzałogowych statków powietrznych. Analizowane akty prawny będą miały charakter międzynarodowy, europejski, jak również krajowy.
