W artykule zaprezentowano sposób przygotowania materiałów dydaktycznych do lekcji bibliotecznych, które zostaną wykorzystane podczas wdrażania formy łączącej szkolenie tradycyjne ze szkoleniem e-learningowym tzw. blended learningu w Bibliotece Głównej Uniwersytetu Pedagogicznego w Krakowie. Omówiono zawartość pokazu utworzonego w programie Power Point, jak również tekstu dotyczącego wyszukiwania i zamawiania książek z katalogu elektronicznego oraz pytań testowych dla studentów rozpoczynających naukę na Uniwersytecie.

The article presents the preparation of teaching materials for a library lesson to be used in the implementation of blended learning in the Main Library of the Pedagogical University in Kraków. Blended learning is a combination of traditional forms of training with e-learning. The content of the prepared PowerPoint presentation is discussed, as well as the text related to searching and ordering books from the electronic catalogue, and the test questions for students who begin their education at the University.

The article describes the basic methodological issues of the evaluation practices in public institutions. Supported with the results of the library training evaluation survey, the students’ attitude to the course and their skills assessment of the library service knowledge was characterized. In conclusion, the demands for further students’ opinion surveys and continuous adjustments of the training to the needs of the academic youths have been made.

W artykule opisano metodykę badania ewaluacyjnego usług instytucji pożytku publicznego. Na podstawie wyników ankiety ewaluacyjnej e-szkolenia bibliotecznego Biblioteki Uniwersytetu Łódzkiego scharakteryzowano podejście studentów do kursu oraz ich ocenę umiejętności własnych w zakresie korzystania z usług bibliotecznych. We wnioskach zawarto postulaty dotyczące dalszych badań i ustawicznego przystosowywania szkolenia do potrzeb młodzieży akademickiej.

W artykule przedstawiono podstawowe zagadnienia metodyczne e-learningu i ich wykorzystanie w przygotowaniu szkolenia bibliotecznego online dla studentów Uniwersytetu Łódzkiego. Na podstawie wyników ankiety ewaluacyjnej e-szkolenia scharakteryzowano podejście studentów do kursu oraz ich ocenę umiejętności własnych w zakresie korzystania z usług bibliotecznych. We wnioskach zawarte zostały postulaty dotyczące dalszego przystosowywania szkolenia do potrzeb młodzieży akademickiej.

One of the main tasks of an academic library is to continuously support its users in the scientific and didactic process. The article presents the changing needs and expectations of the users of the main Library of the University of Life sciences in Lublin, as well as the training offer aimed at the students of this University. The results of a survey determining user satisfaction levels conducted in the summer semester of the 2021/2022 academic year are analyzed.

Jednym z głównych zadań biblioteki akademickiej jest nieustanne wspieranie jej użytkowników w procesie naukowo-dydaktycznym. W artykule przedstawiono zmieniające się potrzeby i oczekiwania użytkowników Biblioteki Głównej Uniwersytetu Przyrodniczego w Lublinie, a także ofertę szkoleniową skierowaną do studentów tejże uczelni. Analizie poddano wyniki badania ankietowego określającego poziom satysfakcji użytkowników, przeprowadzonego w semestrze letnim w roku akademickim 2021/2022.

Celem artykułu jest omówienie zastosowania distance learningu w Bibliotece Politechniki Krakowskiej (BPK). Dzięki tej nowej formule kształcenia, bibliotekarze mają możliwość przygotowania profesjonalnych szkoleń e-learningowych adresowanych do różnych grup odbiorców. Wzbogacone o narzędzia multimedialne i interaktywne stanowią atrakcyjną formę przekazywania wiedzy i zdobywania kompetencji. BPK posadawia kursy na platformie e-learnigowej Politechniki Krakowskiej. Część z nich realizowana jest w ramach projektu „Politechnika XXI wieku…”, współfinansowanego ze środków Unii Europejskiej.

The aim of the article is distance learning and its application in the Library of the Cracow University of Technology (CUT). Distance learning allows librarians to prepare professional workshops for different groups of users. Thanks to multimedia and interactive tools, e-courses become an attractive method of knowledge transfer and skills acquisition. The CUT Library takes part in the project “Politechnika XXI wieku” (CUT in the 21 century), co-financed by the European Union, and some of the courses are created within this framework. However, all e-courses are positioned on the CUT web-platform.
