With a view to the importance of technical safeguards for lodgings used in the Prison Service the article draws attention to the common approach to security in the Prison Service, which should be modified in the context of specific requirements tak ing into account the threats typical of this professional environment. By indicating security as a fundamental value in constructing the rules for the functioning of the Prison Service, the Author analyzes legal requirements aimed at obligating officers in charge to provide appropriate conditions for both officers and inmates. Particular attention has been paid to technical safeguards as important security measures in penitentiary services.

Primary education in Slovakia in terms of educational principles and objectives promotes personal development of all students without distinction. It provides the basic knowledge and skills and allows them to develop the skills necessary for professional orientation in life and society. The living reality of a young learner is very closely linked to the immediate environment of residence. This environment forms the learner`s social relations and the system of values. In this paper, a definition of this environment is presented with the emphasis on Slovak natural, technical, cultural and social reality – the basis for their specific application in primary education.

Naczelnym celem słowackiej edukacji na poziomie elementarnym jest sprzyjanie rozwojowi indywidualnemu każdego dziecka w bliskim kontakcie ze środowiskiem jego życia. Kształcenie nastawione jest na dostarczenie podstawowej wiedzy, kształtowanie umiejętności, postaw niezbędnych do życia w społeczeństwie. Najbliższą przestrzenią życia jest środowisko lokalne, daje ono podstawy do kształtowania stosunków społecznych i systemu wartości. W tekście tym autorki ukazują specyfikę edukacji regionalnej na poziomie kształcenia elementarnego przez pryzmat cech regionu: środowiska naturalnego, społecznego, kulturowego, technicznego i ich znaczenia w rozwoju i wychowaniu dziecka.

Цілі статті: 1) обґрунтувати напрямки удосконалення підготовки борців вільного стилю з метою покращення результатів їх змагальної діяльності та спортивної майстерності; 2) визначити напрями вдосконалення психологічної підготовки і структуру комплексної психолого-педагогічної методики оптимізації психічних станів борців вільного стилю. Матеріал і методи: у ході дослідження використані наступні методи: аналіз і узагальнення даних науково-методичної літератури; педагогічні спостереження; опитування (бесіда, анкетування); аналіз змагальної діяльності борців вільного стилю; тестування фізичної та психологічної підготовленості; педагогічний експеримент; методи математико-статистичної обробки результатів досліджень. Результати: доведено, що потрібно вдосконалення техніко-тактичної та психологічної підготовки борців вільного стилю; визначені основні проблеми в цьому процесі. Висновки: 1) обґрунтована методика підготовки борців вільного стилю і доведена доцільність її використання для швидкого прийняття ними оптимальних техніко-тактичних рішень в умовах змагальної діяльності. Пропонується в програму ДЮСШ з вільної боротьби включати конкретні способи тактичної підготовки до кожної дії і різні комбінації базових дій; 2) обґрунтовані напрями вдосконалення психологічної підготовки і структура комплексної психолого-педагогічної методики оптимізації психічних станів борців вільного стилю.

Objectives: 1) to justify the ways of improvement of training free style wrestlers to improve the results of their activities and competitive sports skills; 2) to identify the areas of improvement of psychological preparation and the structure of complex psycho-pedagogical methods for optimizing mental condition of free style wrestlers. Material and methods: The following methods were used in the study: analysis and synthesis of the scientific data of methodological literature; pedagogical supervision; survey (interview, questionnaire); analysis of freestyle wrestlers competitive activity; testing of physical and psychological fitness; pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical and statistical analysis of research results. Results: it has been demonstrated that there is a necessity to improve technical, tactical and psychological preparation of freestyle fighters; the basic problems of the process have been defined. Conclusion: 1) the method of preparation of freestyle wrestlers has been grounded and the feasibility of its use for rapid making the best technical and tactical decisions in a competitive activity has been proved. It is proposed to include specific tactical training methods for each action and various combinations of basic actions into the coach program of wrestling; 2) the directions of improving psychological preparation and the structure of complex psychological and pedagogical methods of optimizing the mental condition of free style wrestlers are substantiated.
