W artykule zaprezentowano wiejską turystykę kulturową, której głównym potencjałem rozwojowym są walory kulturowe, w tym kultura ludowa. Dokonano analizy możliwości jej rozwoju w kontekście torii rozwoju endogenicznego. Teoria ta zakłada, że w rozwoju danego obszaru wykorzystywany jest jego potencjał. Takim potencjałem w przypadku wiejskiej turystyki kulturowej są przede wszystkim walory kulturowe. Opracowanie ma charakter analityczny i wykorzystano w nim literaturę przedmiotu, w tym publikowane wyniki badań empirycznych kilku autorów.

The article presents rural cultural tourism, whose main development potential is cultural values, including folk culture. An analysis of its development potential in the context of endogenous development torii was performed. This theory assumes that its potential is used in the development of a given area. Cultural values are such potential in the case of rural cultural tourism. The study is of analytical nature and the literature on the subject was used, including published results of empirical research of several authors.
