This article summarizes the results of an analysis monitoring values in the documents of spatial analysis of the municipalities with extended powers. Difficulties related to the analysis are discussed (especially those of the terminology, definitions, limits and the urban planning values), evaluating the obtained data and seeking to generalize and draw conclusions. Followingly, specific steps for the improvement of the monitoring of values in such documents are proposed. The study has disclosed large differences in the detailesness and scope of the relevant documents of spatial analysis. The phenomena covered by regulations dating back to 2006 seem to be thoroughly examined, while some of the other values appear rather neglected.

Článek shrnuje výsledky analýzy, která mapovala výskyt jednotlivých hodnot území v územně analytických podkladech obcí s rozšířenou působností. Rozebírá úskalí, která s analýzou souvisela (především otázky názvosloví, definic, limitů a urbanistických hodnot), vyhodnocuje získaná data a snaží se o jejich zevšeobecnění a vyvození závěrů. V návaznosti na to navrhuje konkrétní kroky pro zkvalitnění sledování hodnot v ÚAP. Provedená analýza výkresů hodnot ve vzorku ÚAP ORP odkryla velké rozdíly v podrobnosti a rozsahu jejich zpracování. Ukázalo se, že jsou poměrně dobře sledovány jevy dané vyhláškou č. 500/2006 Sb. Zmapování dalších hodnot je ale poměrně často podceněno. Příspěvek vznikl na Českém vysokém učení technickém v Praze jako součást výzkumného projektu WD-07-07-4 „Koncepce územního plánování a disparity v území“.
