Celem opracowania jest zwrócenie uwagi na rolę relacji między uczniami i nauczycielami, od których zależą nie tylko zainteresowania i zamiłowania uczniów do danego przedmiotu, ich wyniki i konkretne wiadomości, ale także to, jak będzie im się wiodło w życiu i jak rozwiną się jako ludzie. Dobre relacje między nauczycielami i uczniami są tajemnicą sukcesu udanego nauczania. Tylko gdy w relacjach panuje duch zachęty i współpracy, a ludzie wierzą w siebie i mogą rozwijać swoje potencjały, aktywowane zostają systemy motywacji, które odgrywają ogromną rolę w procesach uczenia się. Dziś, gdy internet stał się ważną przestrzenią społeczną współczesnego ucznia, nie sposób pominąć i tego obszaru do budowania relacji otwierającego uczniom możliwość komunikacji nie tylko w sprawach dydaktycznych, ale i wychowawczych. Jednak nie zapominajmy, że najwyższą wartość będą miały relacje tworzone dwuwymiarowo – poprzez regularne spotkania bezpośrednie i przez internet.

The objective is to draw attention to the role of the relationship between students and teachers, which depend not only the interest and passion to the students of the subject, their results and specific messages, but also, how will they fare in life and how to develop as people. Good relationship between teachers and students are the secret of the success of successful teaching. System edukacyjny w Polsce ulegał w ostatnich latach zmianom, głównie za sprawą reformy edukacji, która weszła w życie 1 września 2017 r. Konsekwencje tych zmian dotyczą różnych obszarów edukacji, w tym wizerunku dzisiejszego nauczyciela. Czy współczesny nauczyciel jest autorytetem dla swoich uczniów? Jeśli jego kompetencje i cechy osobowości są wystarczające, aby można je było uznać za wzorowe i wzorowe? Zanim nauczyciel XXI wieku stanie przed nowymi wyzwaniami, musi być profesjonalistą i mieć takie cechy osobowości, aby inspirować uczniów. Nauczyciel musi także być otwarty i elastyczny na wszelkie zmiany w otaczającej rzeczywistości, a jednocześnie być doradcą i partnerem dla uczniów.
