For many years, researchers into the history of philosophy have been arguing over whose concept of dynamic ontology can claim precedence. We have two contenders here: Ruder Josip Boscovic and Immanuel Kant. Kant has gone down in the history of philosophy as one of its greatest figures, but his concept of dynamic ontology is not widely commented today. Meanwhile Boścovic's theory was almost completely forgotten. And yet this dispute concerns the concept that became the basis of today's Theory of Everything. So let's try to solve this long-standing problem.

The theory of R. J. Boścović is one of the most outstanding scientific achievements of the 18th century. Unfortunately, due to a convergence of unhappy circumstances, this theory is almost forgotten today. This theory reduced all types of forces to the attractive-repulsive force. Along with this, it also reduced phenomena and laws. Thus, it suggested there is one type of force, one phenomenon, and one universal law of nature: the law of attraction-repulsion force). Boscović had equally interesting views on the concept of substance. According to him, matter is point-like in character. In this respect Boscović was almost 300 years ahead of his time.
