Artykuł jest efektem unikatowego eksperymentu, polegającego na zaprezentowaniu poglądów młodej generacji kadry menedżerskiej na temat aktualnego stanu polskiej gospodarki oraz jej perspektyw w kolejnych latach. Konwencja tego artykułu polega na demonstracji poglądów i wypowiedzi słuchaczy menedżerskich studiów Executive Master of Business Administration, wyrażonych w postaci esejów z zakresu współczesnych problemów makroekonomicznych. Cały tekst stanowi raport ustrukturyzowany wokół kluczowych kwestii uznanych przez cytowanych autorów za główne stymulatory i destymulatory wzrostu gospodarczego w Polsce. Są to: spowolnione inwestycje, deficyty na rynku pracy, problemy polskiej giełdy, zadłużenie, zagrożenie globalną dekoniunkturą, postępująca inkluzywność wzrostu gospodarczego.

The article is a kind of a unique experiment, which aims to report a debate with the managerial staff of the younger generation, to designate the current condition of Polish economy and its further perspectives. The convention of this article is based on the demonstration of opinion and reflections of managerial studies Executive Master of Business Administration students, expressed in the form of essays in the field of modern macroeconomic problems. The whole text is structured around some key questions, perceived by quoted authors as the main stimulants and destimulants of economic growth in Poland. There are as follows: investments reduction, labour market’ deficits, Polish Stock Exchange problems, debt, threats of global crisis, progressive inclusiveness of economic growth.
