The cost-effectiveness of personnel flight training is one of the determinants of choosing a flight training platform for military pilots in the world. Attempts to optimize costs have led to the widespread use of synthetic training and aircfaft equipped with modern avionics from the early stages of flight training. One such example is the Grob 120TP flight training system. The German manufacturer introduced the G 120TP platform with digital avionics, dedicated simulators and network solutions to the training. The aim of the article was to identify the latest aviation training solutions on the example of the Grob G 120TP platform.

Ekonomiczność szkolenia personelu latającego jest jednym z wyznaczników wyboru platformy szkolenia lotniczego pilotów wojskowych na świecie. Próby zoptymalizowania kosztów doprowadziły do szerokiego stosowania treningu syntetycznego i nowoczesnej awioniki od początkowych etapów szkolenia lotniczego. Takim przykładem jest system szkolenia lotniczego Grob 120TP. Niemiecki producent wprowadził do szkolenia platformę G 120TP z cyfrową awioniką oraz dedykowanymi symulatorami i rozwiązaniami sieciowymi. Celem artykułu była identyfikacja najnowszych rozwiązań szkolenia lotniczego na przykładzie platformy Grob G 120TP.

W czasie realizacji procesu obsługi samolotów szkolno-treningowych szczególne zasoby stanowią wyposażenie, potencjał ludzki i finansowy oraz wytyczne dotyczące realizacji procesu, czyli procedury, instrukcje, wymagania techniczne czy listy kontrolne. Celem tego artykułu jest ukazanie znaczenia wytycznych dotyczących procesu obsługi samolotów szkolno-treningowych w zagwarantowaniu bezpieczeństwa lotów. Badania oparto na metodach teoretycznych oraz empirycznych. Przeprowadzone badania empiryczne pozwoliły na poznanie opinii personelu SIL na temat implementowanych wytycznych realizacji obsług samolotów szkolno-treningowych. Część personelu wskazała na potencjalne problemy z nieodpowiednio skonstruowanymi procedurami, niewłaściwą (nieformalną) realizacją obsług przez personel, omijaniem niektórych wymaganych sprawdzeń i testów czy ograniczeniami czasowymi. Przyswojenie procedur oraz instrukcji, a następnie ich skuteczne implementowanie w codziennej pracy na sprzęcie lotniczym ma na celu zmniejszenie ryzyka wystąpienia incydentów lotniczych.

During the process of maintaining training aircraft, specific resources include equipment, human and financial potential, and guidelines for the implementation of the process, i.e. procedures, instructions, technical requirements and checklists. The purpose of this article is to show the importance of guidelines regarding the operation of training aircraft in ensuring flight safety. The research was based on theoretical and empirical methods. The conducted empirical research allowed to learn the opinions of technical maintenance staff on the implemented guidelines for the maintenance of training aircraft. Some staff pointed out potential problems with inappropriately constructed procedures, incor-rect (routine) implementation of services by staff, omission of some required checks and tests, or time constraints. Learning procedures and instructions and then effectively implementing them in everyday work on aviation equipment is aimed at reducing the risk of aviation incidents.
