Celem artykułu jest zasygnalizowanie problemów związanych z funkcjonowaniem węzłów przesiadkowych w centrum Warszawy. Zawiera on analizę węzła przesiadkowego w Warszawie na skrzyżowaniu ulic Marszałkowskiej i Al. Jerozolimskich, zwanego Rondem Dmowskiego. Analiz porównawcza zastosowana w artykule umożliwia porównanie stanu istniejącego i dwóch wariantów poprawiających istniejącą sytuację. Pomiarów czasów przesiadek na węźle dokonano w maju 2016 roku. Dwa proponowane rozwiązania mogą być przydatne w analizie możliwości modernizacji tego węzła. Zmiany zachowań pasażerów przesiadających się na tym skrzyżowaniu spowodują implikacje wśród innych użytkowników transportu.

An aim of this article is to signal problems in the functioning of transfer nodes in the central part of Warsaw. In his article, the author analyses the situation in the transfer node situated at the intersection of Marszałkowska Street and Aleje Jerozolimskie (Jerusalem Avenue), called Dmowski Roundabout. The comparative analysis used in the article allows for the comparison of the existing condition with two variants of improving this situation. The timing of pedestrian transfers at the intersection between intermodal transit systems was checked in May 2016. These two proposed variants may be useful in an analysis of the possibility of upgrading this transfer node. Changes in behaviour of the passengers transfer at this intersection should result in implications for other transport users.
