In the article the author attempts to answer some questions related to the annexation of Crimea by the Russian Federation. He presents how Russia used its knowledge and experience to conduct unconventional military operations. He justifies that Russia employed the myatezhevoyna concept put forward by Colonel Evgeny Messner. The author’s another objective was to raise awareness of the necessity for the recognition and research on military concepts which originate and develop not only in the USA or other NATO member countries, but also in the Russian Federation.

Autor w artykule próbuje odpowiedzieć na niektóre pytania związane z anektowaniem przez Federację Rosyjską Krymu. Pokazać, jak Rosja wykorzystała swoją wiedzę i doświadczenia w prowadzeniu nieklasycznych operacji wojskowych. Uzasadnić, że w praktyce zastosowała koncepcję miatieżewojny pułkownika Jewgienija Messnera. Celem autora było również zwrócenie uwagi na konieczność doceniania i badania koncepcji wojskowych powstających i rozwijanych w Federacji Rosyjskiej, a nie tylko USA i czy innych krajach NATO.
