Ugrupowania lokalne i partie polityczne w wyborach samorządowych w województwie zachodniopomorskim w latach 2002–2014

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki wyborów samorządowych przeprowadzonych w województwie zachodniopomorskim w latach 2002–2014. Główną uwagę skupiono na wzajemnych relacjach między wynikami osiąganymi przez wystawiające swoich kandydatów ogólnokrajowe partie polityczne, a wynikami uzyskiwanymiprzez lokalne komitety wyborcze i ich kandydatów. Analiza wyników wyborów do trzech szczebli samorządów terytorialnych (wojewódzkiego, powiatowego i gminnego) pozwala odnotować znaczne różnice w ich charakterze, polegające m.in. na dominacji ogólnokrajowych partii politycznych na scenie wojewódzkiej i znaczącym spadku ich zainteresowania dla wyborów dotyczących sceny powiatowej, a zwłaszcza gminnej. Partie z reguły wycofują swój szyld (nazwę) z wyborów gminnych, co nie musi oznaczać, że nie wystawiają swoich kandydatów. Dzieje się tak jednak w znacznym stopniu w ramach lokalnego komitetu wyborców.

The article contains the outcomes of local voting held in Zachodnioporskie Voivodeship in years 2002–2014. It is focused on mutual relations between votes received by country level parties and local committees. The analyses made on three levels (provincial, county, and sommunal) enables to notice considerable differences in their nature. The dominant influence of country level parties is still seen at the level of regional voting and diminish rapidly when it comes to local levels. Most often parties withdraw their banners from local level elections, but it does not mean that they withdraw their own candidates. They hide them behind the colors of local committees.
