The paper describes a way of protection of a property in the form of supervision under the simplified procedure of real estate execution. The differences implemented by the legislator in 2004 are supposed to offer faster satisfaction of claims. The article is devoted to the substantial change, according to which the legislator withdraws from managing the property and instead, applies a simplified procedure of supervision in real estate execution.

W artykule przedstawiono formę zabezpieczenie w trybie uproszczonej egzekucji z nieruchomości jaką jest dozór. Różnice jakie ustawodawca wprowadził nowelą z 2004 roku mają służyć szybszemu zaspokajaniu wierzytelności. Artykuł poświęcony jest istotnej zmianie, czyli odejściu przez ustawodawcę od zarządu nieruchomością i zastosowanie w trybie uproszczonym dozoru stosowanego przy egzekucji z ruchomości.
