This article constitutes the second part of the study entitled International cooperation of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. Foreign Cooperation Agreements. It was published in the 46th issue of the quarterly journal MAZOVIA Regional Studies. In this presented section, the international activity of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship is discussed, which constitutes the implementation of directions indicated in the documents analysed in the first part of the article. Therefore, the international activity of Mazovia is presented, grounded in programme documents and the foreign policy of the largest Polish region.

Niniejszy artykuł stanowi drugą część opracowania pt. Współpraca międzynarodowa województwa mazowieckiego. Umowy o współpracy zagranicznej, opublikowanego w 46 numerze kwartalnika MAZOWSZE Studia Regionalne. W prezentowanej części omówiono działalność zagraniczną województwa mazowieckiego, będącą realizacją kierunków wskazanych w dokumentach przeanalizowanych w pierwszej części artykułu. Przedstawiono więc aktywność międzynarodową Mazowsza będącą, osadzoną w dokumentach programowych, polityką zagraniczną największego polskiego regionu.

The article is devoted to the international cooperation of Mazovia – Poland's largest self-governing region. Due to its size, it is divided into two parts. The first, published below, is entitled Foreign cooperation agreements. It presents the Priorities of foreign cooperation of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship and discusses in a detailed and analytical manner the agreements on cooperation between Mazovia and its foreign partners (from Europe and the world) resulting from the priorities.

Artykuł jest poświęcony współpracy międzynarodowej największego polskiego województwa samorządowego, czyli Mazowsza. Ze względu na swoją objętość jest on podzielony na dwie części. Pierwsza, poniżej publikowana, nosi tytuł Umowy o współpracy zagranicznej. Przedstawiono w niej Priorytety współpracy zagranicznej województwa mazowieckiego oraz szczegółowo i analitycznie omówiono wynikające z Priorytetów umowy o współpracy Mazowsza z jego zagranicznymi partnerami z Europy i ze świata.
