Diagnoza surdologopedyczna jest możliwa dzięki dokładnemu rozpoznaniu danego zjawiska logopedycznego. Wymaga przeprowadzenia szeregu badań podstawowych i uzupełniających, takich jak m.in. wywiadu, obserwacji, badania mowy, badania sprawności narządów artykulacyjnych, słuchu fonematycznego. Pozwala określić stan rozwoju mowy u osób z zaburzeniami słuchu i jego nieprawidłowości. W pracy przedstawiono wybrane wyniki diagnozy surdologopedycznej dziecka z niedosłuchem przewodzeniowym – umiarkowanym w uchu lewym i lekkim w uchu prawym w zakresie umiejętności słowotwórczych, użycia i rozumienia wyrazów, słownictwa, percepcji słuchowej oraz kinestezji artykulacyjnej.

Surdologopedic diagnosis is possible through a detailed diagnosis of the phenomenon of speech therapy. It requires a number of basic and supplementary, such as: interview, surveillance, speech testing, performance testing articulation organs, phonemic hearing. It allows to determine the status of language development in individuals with hearing defects and irregularities. The paper presents selected results of the surdologopedic diagnosis in child with conductive hypoacusis – moderate in the left ear and slight in the right ear – in the range of the skills of word formation, use and understanding of words, vocabulary, auditory perception and kinesthesia articulating.
