In 1925, the military prosecutor’s office in Warsaw initiated an investigation in connection with suspected participation of General Michał Tokarzewski-Karasiewicz in supporting the weekly Jutro (Tomorrow), in which communist articles were published. In the course of the investigation, many people were questioned, which made it possible to establish the actual state of affairs of the whole case and to make a final decision by the military justice system.

W 1925 r. wojskowa prokuratura w Warszawie wszczęła śledztwo w związku z podejrzeniem udziału gen. Michała Tokarzewskiego-Karasiewicza we wspieraniu tygodnika „Jutro”, w którym zamieszczano artykuły o charakterze komunistycznym. W prowadzonym dochodzeniu przesłuchano wiele osób, co pozwoliło na ustalenia stanu faktycznego całej sprawy i podjęcie ostatecznej decyzji przez wojskowy wymiar sprawiedliwości.
