W artykule przedstawiono własną propozycję kategoryzacji rolników opartą o dwa kryteria: kryterium posiadanego potencjału rozwojowego i kryterium posiadanych kompetencji zawodowych. Potencjał rozwojowy tworzy: potencjał tkwiący w osobowościach rolników oraz potencjał materialny, jakim oni dysponują. The article presents its own proposal categorization of farmers based on two criteria: the criterion of development potential and the criterion of occupational competences. The development potential is created by: potential inherent in the personalities of farmers and the material potential they have. The material potential is the assets owned by the farmer, while the potential inherent in the personality of farmers is their intellectual efficiency and attitudes.
