This article presents part of the results of a study conducted in 2022/2023 on informal adult learning in a hybrid work model. This model frames the professional functioning of an increasing number of workers and is the source of their work experience. Among other things, the survey results reveal that the model is internally highly heterogeneous, is rapidly transforming and partly already exists in variants that were not yet theoretically described and mentioned in the literature when the survey was planned. The most diverse responses were obtained in the groups of statements concerning learning as action and learning as belonging. In contrast, the least variation occurred in the groups of statements on learning as becoming and experiencing. Switching to a hybrid work model most often increased commitment to work tasks, but at the same time made communication with colleagues more difficult. According to the respondents, the nature and intensity of social relationships between employees in the hybrid model are similar to those in the stationary model.

W artykule tym zaprezentowana jest część wyników badania przeprowadzonego na przełomie 2022 i 2023 roku, którego przedmiotem było nieformalne uczenie się dorosłych w hybrydowym modelu pracy1 . Model ten wyznacza ramy zawodowego funkcjonowania coraz większej liczby pracowników oraz jest źródłem ich doświadczeń zawodowych. Wyniki badania wskakują m.in., że model ten jest wewnętrznie mocno zróżnicowany, szybko się przeobraża i częściowo już występuje w wariantach, które nie były jeszcze teoretycznie opisane i wymienienie w literaturze przedmiotu podczas planowania badania. Najbardziej zróżnicowane odpowiedzi uzyskano w grupach stwierdzeń dotyczących uczenia się jako działania i uczenia się jako przynależności. Natomiast najmniejsze zróżnicowanie wystąpiło w grupach stwierdzeń dotyczących uczenia się jako stawania się i doświadczania. Przejście na hybrydowy model pracy najczęściej zwiększało zaangażowanie w realizację zadań zawodowych, ale jednocześnie utrudniało komunikację ze współpracownikami. W opinii respondentów charakter i intensywności relacji społecznych między pracownikami w modelu hybrydowym są podobne jak w modelu stacjonarnym.

The article presents the second part of the results of the pilot study conducted as part of the research project ‘Adult learning in a hybrid work model’. It concerns the assessment of the reliability of a research tool in the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaire thus developed will be used to conduct the main study, which will provide new knowledge about the educational aspects of hybrid work. The research will expand and update scientific knowledge, mainly in the areas of work pedagogy, andragogy and social pedagogy. The study represents a new framing of the problem, as the educational significance of work is explained on the example of its hybrid model and not, as in previous research, on the example of the stationary model, which only incorporates modern communication technologies.

Artykuł prezentuje drugą część wyników badań pilotażowych przeprowadzonych w ramach projektu naukowego „Uczenie się dorosłych w hybrydowym modelu pracy”. Część ta dotyczy oceny rzetelności narzędzia badawczego w postaci kwestionariusza ankiety. Opracowany w ten sposób kwestionariusz wykorzystany będzie do przeprowadzenia badania głównego, które dostarczy nowej wiedzy o edukacyjnych aspektach pracy hybrydowej. Realizacja badania pozwoli poszerzyć i zaktualizować wiedzę naukową, głównie w obszarze pedagogiki pracy, andragogiki i pedagogiki społecznej. Badanie stanowi nowe ujęcie problemu w tym sensie, że edukacyjne znaczenie pracy będzie wyjaśniane na przykładzie jej hybrydowego modelu, a nie jak w dotychczasowych badaniach na przykładzie modelu stacjonarnego, w którym ewentualnie uwzględniano obecność nowoczesnych technologii komunikacyjnych.

The article is the result of the research project "Adult learning in a hybrid model of work" and presents the effects of the first stage of this project. This stage mainly involved constructing a survey questionnaire and conducting a pilot study to assess the validity of this research tool, as well as the suitability of the selected learning theory for work-related learning research. The questionnaire developed in this way will be used to conduct the main study, which will provide new knowledge about the educational aspects of hybrid work. The implementation of the research will allow to expand and update scientific knowledge, mainly in the area of pedagogy, especially andragogy and social pedagogy. The article presents a new approach to the problem in the sense that the educational significance of the work will be explained on the example of its hybrid model, and not, as in the previous research, on the example of a stationary model, in which the presence of ICT was possibly taken into account. The acquired knowledge will help to better understand the educational conditions of the hybrid work model and may facilitate the development of such modifications that will help employees learn to use ICT faster, more effectively combine work from home with work at the employer's premises, and derive satisfaction from working in this model and develop professionally. In addition, the developed questionnaire will also be made public and will be available to researchers interested in this issue, as well as employers, (business) trainers and people working in the hybrid model.
