Wśród form zabudowy mieszkaniowej w polskim krajobrazie miast i wsi coraz częściej pojawiają się realizacje różnorodnie kształtowanych zespołów jednorodzinnej zabudowy zwartej: szeregowej, atrialnej oraz niskiej zabudowy wielorodzinnej o wysokiej intensywności. Ten rodzaj za budowy zyskał na popularności w wolnej i demokratycznej Polsce w ostatnich 16 – stu latach, ponieważ odpowiada za potrzebowaniu społecznemu, pomimo że jest jeszcze powszechnie trudno dostępny ze względu na cenę i małą liczbę realizacji.

Oftener and oftener, the forms of housing in the landscape of Polishtowns and villages include implementations of diversely shaped complexes of single-family compact development; terraced, atrial and low multifamily development of high intensity. This kind of housing has become popular in free and democratic Poland in the last 16 years because it satisfies social needs, even though it is not freely accessible considering its price and the small number of implementations.
