Celem artykułu jest próba sklasyfikowania najczęściej występujących barier w aspekcie cyklu życia projektu. W opracowaniu zwrócono uwagę na bariery występujące w różnych fazach cyklu życia projektu. Wskazano, że na każdym etapie od chwili aplikacji po zakończenie projektu mogą wystąpić trudności. Zaliczyć do nich można m.in. bariery o charakterze instytucjonalnym, organizacyjnym, finansowym, prawnym.

The article attempts to classify the most common barriers in terms of the project life cycle. The study highlights the barriers that occur in different phases of the project life cycle. Indicated that at every stage from the time of application after completion of the project may be difficult. These include, among others barriers for institutional, organizational, financial, legal.
