Artykuł dotyka trudnego i stosunkowo mało rozpoznanego zagadnienia pomiaru efektywności wynagrodzeń. Autorka ukazuje istotę problemu oraz wskazuje na główne czynniki determinujące skuteczność systemów wynagrodzeń. Na bazie literatury przedmiotu oraz badań autorka stara się pokazać, na ile popularne są skuteczność i efektywność działania w zakresie oceny efektywności systemów wynagrodzeń. Niestety, pomimo ewidentnej konieczności szacowania efektywności wynagrodzeń, niewielu pracodawców dotychczas świadomie i kompleksowo decyduje się na takie działania.

This paper touches upon the difficult and relatively unexplored question of pay system effectiveness evaluation. The author indicates significant problems and points out the main factors determining the effectiveness of pay systems. The author also tries to show the popularity of actions in the area of evaluating pay systems on the basis of topical literature and research. Unfortunately, in spite of the obvious need to assess the effectiveness of pay systems, few employers have as of yet consciously and comprehensively decided to take up such efforts.
