The work regulations and the remuneration regulations are the most important sources of labour law issued at the level of the enterprise. Regulations’ provisions complement statutory rules and thereby they shape rights and obligations of employers and employees, adequately to a situation of given employer. Their wage and organizational provisions shall include all obligatory matters and above all shall be definite and precise.

Regulamin pracy i regulamin wynagradzania to najważniejsze źródła zakładowego prawa pracy. Dopełniają one unormowania ustawowe, a tym samym kształtują prawa i obowiązki pracodawców i pracowników adekwatnie do sytuacji danego pracodawcy. Ich ustalenia płacowe i organizacyjne powinny obejmować wszystkie zagadnienia przypisane tym aktom, a przede wszystkim powinny być konkretne i precyzyjne.
