W organizacjach zorientowanych w zarządzaniu na procesy nie można abstrahować od zasobów kadrowych, jakimi dysponują organizacje. W wielu podmiotach problemy we wprowadzaniu orientacji procesowej wynikają z postaw i niewiedzy personelu. Zarządzający i pracownicy nie są przygotowani do pracy zespołowej oraz do ponoszenia odpowiedzialności za efekty procesów. W artykule podjęto próbę zaprezentowania znaczenia zasobów ludzkich we wprowadzaniu orientacji na procesy. Na podstawie przeglądu i analizy krajowej oraz zagranicznej literatury wskazano na istniejące problemy i niedostatki w tym obszarze.

In the organizations oriented in managing on the processes there is no way to abstract from human resources which organizations own. In many organizations problems with implementing the orientation on the processes result from attitudes and the lack of knowledge of personnel. Managers and employees are not prepared for the team-work and for taking responsibility for effects of the processes. The paper tries to present the meaning of human resources in implementing the orienta¬tion on the processes. Based on the review and the analysis of both national and international litera¬ture, existing problems and shortcomings in this area were indicated.
