The content of the article presents the results of research reflecting the impact of multi-channel sales on logistic decisions related to the distribution of goods in e-commerce. The article consists of three parts. In the first of these, the essence of the subscription economics as a modern economic phenomenon was presented. The second part contains the results of research reflecting the properties of electronic distribution channels. The third part presents the main models of physical distribution in e-commerce. Among the expectations of customers participating in e-commerce, the following prevail: ease of building the assortment, full transfer of market information, ease of purchase and speed of delivery of the purchased product, ease of returning the goods. Therefore, such determinants of logistic customer service create a problem situation that fundamentally determined the research and the arrangement of content as the effect of these studies.

Artykuł przedstawia wyniki badań odzwierciedlające wpływ sprzedaży wielokanałowej na decyzje logistyczne związane z dystrybucją towarów w handlu elektronicznym. Publikacja składa się z trzech części. W pierwszej została przedstawiona istota ekonomii subskrypcji jako współczesnego zjawiska gospodarczego, druga część zawiera wyniki badań odzwierciedlające właściwości elektronicznych kanałów dystrybucji, natomiast trzecia przedstawia główne modele dystrybucji fizycznej w handlu elektronicznym. Wśród oczekiwań klientów, uczestniczących w handlu elektronicznym, dominują: łatwość budowania asortymentu, pełny przekaz informacji rynkowych, łatwość zakupu i szybkość dostawy zakupionego produktu, łatwość wykonania zwrotu towaru. Zatem takie uwarunkowania logistycznej obsługi klientów tworzą sytuację problemową, która w zasadniczy sposób zdeterminowała badania i układ treści jako efektu tych badań.

Logistic design is associated with the identification of the size of the potential necessary to perform logistic tasks, including logistic security tasks for troops. In turn, the size of the logistic potential depends, among other things, on the types and quantities of internal and external logistic resources. The paper presents the properties of a quantitative approach in logistics, logical relations between logistic potential and logistic design, logistic resources as an element of logistic potential and practical consequences of the relationship between logistic design and logistic potential of the armed forces. Considerations end with a summary containing final conclusions.

Projektowanie logistyczne wiąże się z identyfikacją wielkości potencjału niezbędnego do wykonania zadań logistycznych, w tym zadań zabezpieczenia logistycznego wojsk. Z kolei wielkość potencjału logistycznego zależy między innymi od rodzajów i ilości wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych zasobów logistycznych. Referat przedstawia właściwości podejścia ilościowego w logistyce, związki logiczne między potencjałem logistycznym i projektowaniem logistycznym, zasoby logistyczne jako element potencjału logistycznego oraz konsekwencje praktyczne związku między projektowaniem logistycznym i potencjałem logistycznym sił zbrojnych. Rozważania kończy podsumowanie zawierające wnioski końcowe.

The identification of logistics costs is a complex issue that is difficult to implement in practice. The efficiency of logistic processes is directly linked to the conduct of economic calculation in logistics and is a fundamental determinant of the design and implementation of these processes, including their management. As a consequence, determining the impact of logistics costs on contemporary logistics processes is associated with the identification of logistics costs properties, their evaluation and determination of the trends in the cost accounting, which is reflected in the content of the article and, consequently, there are presented theoretical and practical requirements to be met in order to make full use of the results to identify the correct amounts of logistics costs for the rationalization of logistics processes in enterprises.

Identyfikacja kosztów logistyki jest przedsięwzięciem złożonym i trudnym do wykonania w praktyce. Efektywność procesów logistycznych wiąże się wprost z prowadzeniem rachunku ekonomicznego w logistyce i jest zasadniczą determinantą projektowania i realizacji tych procesów, w tym zarządzania nimi. W konsekwencji określenie wpływu kosztów logistyki na współczesne procesy logistyczne wiąże się z identyfikacją właściwości kosztów logistyki, ich oceną oraz określeniem tendencji zmian w rachunku tych kosztów, co odzwierciedlają treści artykułu. W konsekwencji zostały w nim przedstawione wymogi teoretyczno-praktyczne konieczne do spełnienia, aby wykorzystać w pełni wyniki poprawnej identyfikacji wielkości kosztów logistyki do racjonalizacji procesów logistycznych w przedsiębiorstwach.
