W opracowaniu przedstawiono strategie personalne grup kapitałowych, traktowane jako narzędzie strategicznego zarządzania ich zasobami ludzkimi. Zostały one poddane analizie w kontekście znaczenia integracji strategicznej oraz kultury organizacyjnej. Zaprezentowane zostały również różne rodzaje strategii personalnych międzynarodowych grup kapitałowych, funkcjonujących w warunkach wielokulturowości.

In this paper has been presented personnel strategies of capital groups (holdings), regarded as a tool of strategic human resources management within them. These strategies have been analyzed in the light of the high importance of strategic integrity and organizational culture. Different sorts of personnel strategies within international capital groups (international corporations), which run their businesses in multicultural environment, have been also portrayed.
