The article provides a summary of knowledge relating to strategic analysis – a tool of security strategic planning process. It explains the conceptions of analytical methods, starting from the classical outputs, at the theory of complexity ending. The first part contains overview of method used under the process of security strategic planning in political practice of state. Second part is a proposal of use the taxonomic methods in order to identify critically important, strategic problems of security as a base to build a strategic thrust of processes and events observed in internal and external state environment. The third section describes how to adopt theory of complexity, in particular theory of fractals to lead the researches in area of security.

Wskazując na kwestię przestrzegania wolności słowa w Turcji, w artykule zwrócono szczególną uwagę na liczne naruszenia prawa do swobody wypowiedzi, jakie wielokrotnie stawały się elementem działań centralnych władz rządowych.

The article presents the state of the Turkish media, as well as the actions taken by them before and after the failed attempt of the coup d’état in 2016. Pointing to the issue of freedom of speech in Turkey, the article highlights the numerous violations of the right to freedom of expression, which have repeatedly become part of the actions of central government authorities.
