During a recreational dive in Lake Lubikowskie (Lubuskie Voivodeship), a diver came across a wooden object resembling a small watercraft (Fig. 1 & 2). The item was located at a depth of 8.5 metres, on the border of the littoral zone. The discoverer reported the find to the Centre for Underwater Archaeology in Toruń, which then inspected the site to verify it. After underwater reconnaissance, the object was identified and classified as a Grzybowo-type dugout. This boat type dates to the Middle Ages and is one of the most common types of dugouts known from that period (Fig. 2). During the survey, film documentation was taken with an underwater camera, which made it possible to create photographic documentation in the form of a 3D model of the discovered object.

W trakcie nurkowania rekreacyjnego w jeziorze Lubikowskim (woj. lubuskie) płetwonurek natrafił na drewniany element przypominający małą jednostkę pływającą. Obiekt znajdował się na głębokości 8,5 metra na granicy litoralu. Znalezisko zostało zgłoszone przez odkrywcę do specjalistów z Centrum Archeologii Podwodnej w Toruniu, którzy następnie udali się na miejsce w celu weryfikacji zgłoszenia. Po przeprowadzeniu prospekcji podwodnej obiekt został rozpoznany i sklasyfikowany jako łódź jednopienna typu Grzybowo. Ten typ łodzi pochodzi z okresu średniowiecza i jest jednym z najczęściej spotykanych rodzajów łodzi jednopiennych z tego okresu. W trakcie przeprowadzonej prospekcji wykonana została dokumentacja filmowa z wykorzystaniem kamery podwodnej. Dzięki otrzymanemu nagraniu możliwe było stworzenie dokumentacji fotograficznej w postaci modelu 3D odnalezionego obiektu.
