Obserwowana od dłuższego czasu zmienność bliższego i dalszego otoczenia wy-maga przygotowania poszczególnych podmiotów życia społecznego do radzenia sobie w sytu-acjach zagrożeń, jest to niezwykle istotne ze względu na potrzebę zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa w wymiarze zarówno personalnym, jak i strukturalnym. Zadanie to jest możliwe, choć niewąt-pliwie niełatwe, jednak za sprawą edukacji, która ma na celu: dobro jednostki i jej kreatywność, samorealizację, szeroko rozumianą odpowiedzialność, a także umiejętności przystosowania się do zachowań w obliczu zagrożeń można wyposażyć społeczeństwo w wiedzę oraz umiejętności niezbędne do przeciwstawiania się pojawiającym się wyzwaniom. Autor dokonuje analizy wy-zwań w obszarze edukacji dla bezpieczeństwa, wskazując na coraz bardziej poszerzający się jej zakres przedmiotowy.

The variability of the closer and more distant environment, which has been ob-served for a long time, requires the preparation of individual entities of social life to cope with threatening situations, which is extremely important due to the need to ensure security in terms of both personnel and structure. This task is possible, although undoubtedly not easy, but thanks to education aimed at: the good of the individual and his creativity, self-fulfillment, broadly understood responsibility, as well as the ability to adapt to behavior in the face of threats, it is possible to equip society with the necessary knowledge and skills. to withstand emerging chal-lenges. The author analyzes the challenges in the area of education for security, pointing to its increasingly expanding subject scope.

W publikacji podjęty został problem edukacji pracowniczej dla bezpieczeństwa i bhp. Szczególnie wartościową częścią w całości rozważań wydają się być aspekty edukacyjne związane z bhp, rozpatrywane w świetle wymagań oraz poczynań normatywnych. Autor zwrócił także uwagę na odniesienia tradycyjne i współczesne, uwzględniające potrzeby bezpieczeństwa oraz kwalifikacje pracowników służby bhp i osób pełniących funkcje kierownicze.

The publication raises a problem of workers’ education for security and industrial safety. The educational aspects concerning industrial safety in the light of requirements and normative regulations seem to be a particularly valuable part of the deliberations. The Author also paid attention to traditional and contemporary references, which include the needs of safety and qualifications of those responsible for industrial safety, as well as working in managerial positions.

The contemporary role of a teacher and a tutor is not limited to indirect influence on the knowledge-pupil plane, contemporary teachers are autonomous individuals who teach and educate with their style and manner. The mere presence of the teacher in the school environment reminds pupils of what they have to do and how to behave. It is not therefore irrelevant what kind of an idea of a teacher and a tutor is shaped in the pupils’ minds. The present education system imposes on teachers a variety of tasks connected with planning and organizing the education process including fulfilling different roles which, if performed appropriately, may contribute to the pupils’ educational success.
