This article will assess the legal aspects of freedom of religion in Poland and the relationship between the Church and the state in order to examine whether the Church is controlled in any way by the state. This analysis will allow us to understand the potential impact of this control and answer the question of whether the state should have control over the Church, especially in the context of on going ethnocultural reformation in Europe, which is a result of mass migration of Eastern countries' citizens affected by armed conflicts. The goal of the comprehensive analysis of this article will be also an analysis of the role of religion in modern society and its potential impact on law-making. The purpose of all this is to provide a detailed perspective regarding freedom of religion and the relationship between the state and the Church in Poland and its impact on the legislation.

Niniejszy artykuł ma na celu ocenę prawnych aspektów swobody wyznania w Polsce oraz relacji między Kościołem a państwem, aby zbadać, czy istnieje kontrola ze strony państwa. Analiza ta pozwoli na zrozumienie potencjalnych skutków takiej kontroli i na odpowiedź na pytanie, czy państwo powinno mieć kontrolę nad Kościołem, zwłaszcza w kontekście obecnej reformacji etniczno-kulturowej występującej w Europie, która jest skutkiem masowej migracji obywateli krajów wschodnich objętych konfliktami zbrojnymi. W celu kompleksowego zbadania tematu niniejszego artykułu dokonam również analizy dotyczącej roli religii we współczesnym społeczeństwie i jej potencjalnego wpływu na kształtowanie prawa. Wszystko to ma na celu dostarczenie wyczerpującej perspektywy na temat swobody wyznania i relacji państwo–Kościół w Polsce oraz jej wpływu na postępującą legislację.
