Artykuł jest poświęcony roli przywództwa w rozwijaniu i utrwalaniu procesów innowacyjnych, które w życiu codziennym firm przybierają formę zarządzania innowacjami. Odwołując się do sześciu elementów L. Morrisa, które są motorem zmian we współczesnym świecie, autor stwierdza, że rozwijanie strategii rozwoju przedsiębiorstw przy wykorzystaniu innowacyjnych rozwiązań jest nie tylko dla nich szansą, ale koniecznością w erze cyfryzacji i globalizacji. To wymaga zmian w sposobie funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstw, a także nowych kompetencji menedżerów i liderów, obejmujących m.in. takie cechy jak kreatywność, innowacyjność, przedsiębiorczość, umiejętność współpracy, znajomość ICT oraz siła wewnętrzna.

Both the practitioners and the ones pursuing theory of economy show interest in the matters concerning ethics in business. A question arises, how in the more and more demanding environment, it is possible to be an entrepreneur complying with moral norms. The managerial skills and knowledge should be enriched in a constant process with the issues regarding international management, culture, religious views, as well as ethical rules of different nations. Doing business without fair play is only efficient in the short run. Does it pay off to be an honest entrepreneur? If one performs dishonest actions others are hurt, he loses perspective of seeing good and the possibility of self-development. He also cannot achieve the ethical or social aspect of his business activity. The low ethical level of the market actors can spread easily and become a standard, which worsens business conditions. Ethics is about the matters that are not covered by law and surely will never fully be. It is the entrepreneur, who is a judge for himself has to make the decisions. Nowadays, more and more businessmen appreciate the role of ethics in conducting business. It is essential to assure that the number of the ones who think the opposite way is decreasing.

The presence of a significant number of people with mental disorders among the faithful of the Catholic Church requires in-depth pastoral reflection on how to approach their needs. They form a specific group in society, as they are endowed with special sensitivity and above-average needs of spiritual care. The Church strives to support such people by constantly calling for care and sensitivity to their presence in various environments. This article attempts to conceptualize the specificity of mental disorders in the context of the sacrament of penance and reconciliation. Moreover, a set of operating principles has been suggested that will enable people affected by mentioned above disorders to experience the sacrament properly.

Obecność dużej liczby osób z zaburzeniami psychicznymi wśród wiernych Kościoła katolickiego wymaga pogłębionej refleksji duszpasterskiej na temat podejścia do nich. Są obdarzeni szczególną wrażliwością i ponadprzeciętnymi potrzebami duchowej opieki. Kościół stara się wspierać takich ludzi, kształtując wrażliwość na ich obecność w różnych środowiskach i wzywając do objęcia takich osób opieką. Artykuł stanowi konceptualizację specyfiki zaburzeń psychicznych w kontekście sakramentu spowiedzi i zaproponowano w nim zestaw zasad działania umożliwiających jej właściwe przeżycie przez te osoby.

Stygmatyzacja a dobrostan chorych psychicznie – aspekty pastoralne

The article, basing on researches, shows how, multidimensional stigmatization has an impact on the process of recovery for mentally ill persons. There is presented the social view of the mentally ill persons and its impact on auto-stigmatization of the patients. There is also described the complex situation of the families of mentally ill persons and the meaning of the “society network” in the recovery process. All these, in the context of responsibilities and possibilities of local (parish) and particular community (diocese) of the Church. Thanks to the stable (theologically, socially and economically) structures of its community, the Church significantly can enrich and stabilize the network of society of the mentally ill patients, what is very important in the process of their recovery and has fundamental impact for their welfare.

W artykule na podstawie badań przedstawiono wpływ wielowymiarowego i wieloetapowego zjawiska stygmatyzacji chorych psychicznie na proces zdrowienia. Zarysowano społeczny obraz chorych psychicznie (stereotypy) i jego wpływ na autostygmatyzację. Przedstawiono złożoną sytuację rodzin chorych psychicznie i znaczenie sieci społecznej w procesie zdrowienia. Wszystko w kontekście zadań i możliwości wspólnoty lokalnej (parafia) i partykularnej (diecezje) Kościoła. Dzięki stabilnym (teologicznie, społecznie, ekonomicznie) strukturom wspólnotowym Kościół może w istotny sposób ubogacać i stabilizować sieć społeczną pacjentów chorych psychicznie. Jest to bardzo ważne w procesie zdrowienia i ma fundamentalny wpływ na ich dobrostan.
