The article presents the results of the diagnostic survey carried out in 2019 and presents the conclusions. The subject of the study was the behavior of users of selected public e-administration services. The study, carried out in 2019, was attended by students of the University of Silesia of three degrees of education. The aim of the study was to check the extent to which the surveyed people use public administration e-services and to outline solutions that can increase the use of these services.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki i wnioski z przeprowadzonego w 2019 r. sondażu diagnostycznego dotyczącego zachowań użytkowników wybranych usług e-administracji publicznej. Celem badania, w którym wzięli udział studenci Uniwersytetu Śląskiego trzech stopni kształcenia, było sprawdzenie, w jakim stopniu korzystają oni z e-usług administracji publicznej, oraz nakreślenie rozwiązań mogących zwiększyć intensywność używania tych usług.
