As compared to other regions, the Lublin district attracts less foreign investors. On the tum of the 20th and 21st centuries FDI grew here by 9%, while the country average growth was ca. 15%. Most capitals flowed from German, Italy, France, Ukraine and the USA. The investments were located in trade and services (38%), industry (31%) and construction (12%).
