Niniejszy artykuł ma na celu przybliżenie procesu zapamiętywania i odtwarzania informacji w aspekcie słuchowej pamięci tekstu. Zaprezentowano w nim badania obejmujące grupę dzieci z ADHD, grupę dzieci i młodzieży ze schizofrenią oraz grupę kontrolną (dzieci w normie rozwojowej). W oparciu o literaturę przedmiotu oraz dane eksperymentalne wskazuje się na charakterystykę słuchowej pamięci tekstu w poszczególnych grupach, a także na różnice pomiędzy nimi.

The objective of the present article is to describe the process of memorizing and retrieving information from the standpoint of auditory memory of the text. It presents investigations that covered a group of ADHD children, a group of schizophrenic children and adolescents, and a control group (children within the developmental norm). On the basis of literature on the subject and experimental data the characteristics of auditory memory of the text in individual groups and differences between them were shown.
