The Document Delivery Service of the National Szechenyi Library supplies hundreds of documents to foreign partners every year. The article surveys the requests of the past few years and analyses them according to their main characteristics: requesting partner, requesting method, requested document type, place and date of publication and content. The article examines filling methods and unfilled requests and makes recommendations to improve the service.
