Celem artykułu było przedstawienie idei analizy pomiaru innowacyjności na poziomie regionalnym na podstawie European Regional Innovation Scoreboard oraz przeprowadzenie w oparciu o informacje z powyższego raportu analizy innowacyjności województwa pomorskiego. Tworzone rankingi innowacyjności opierają się na bardzo małej liczbie wskaźników dostępnych na poziomie regionalnym. Województwo pomorskie cechuje się- podobnie jak inne polskie województwa- niskim poziomem innowacyjności. W Polsce Pomorze należy do grupy czterech najbardziej innowacyjnych regionów.

The aim of this article was to present the idea of the analysis of innovation measurement at the regional level under the European Regional Innovation Scoreboard, and to conduct- on the basis of information in the above report- the analysis of innovativeness of Pomeranian Voivodeship. Innovation rankings are based on a very small number of indicators available at the regional level. Pomeranian Voivodeship is characterized- like other Polish regions- on low level of innovation. In Poland, Pomeranian Voivodeship belongs to a group of four most innovative regions.
