The paper presents the results of research on the assessment of the functioning of the HACCP system in the opinion of employees of dairy industry. The research included, among others, issues related to the employees perceptron of activities related to the introduction and operation of the HACCP system, as well as the determination of barriers, causes and benefits related to the implementation of the HACCP system in the enterprise.

W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczących oceny funkcjonowaniu systemu HACCP w opinii pracowników przedsiębiorstwa branży mleczarskiej. Badania obejmowały między innymi zagadnienia dotyczące postrzegania przez pracowników działań w zakresie wprowadzenia i funkcjonowania systemu HACCP, a także określenie barier, przyczyn i korzyści związanych z wdrożeniem systemu HACCP w przedsiębiorstwie.

The article identifies the determinants of the asymmetry of foreign trade turnover between Ukraine and Poland based on an analysis of competitiveness indicators of the studied countries in the period 2003−2017. The emphasis is on calculation of the comparative advantages of particular commodity headings in Polish exports in the domestic market of Ukraine. Potential directions of the intensification of bilateral trade were evaluated.
