The article titled „The crisis of conception of unified Europe – the proof of analysis” shows why European Union is to be found in crisis. So called united Europe after enlarging on East remains deeply politically and economically divided. The basic research thesis says that Europe divided pro-european and pro-american excludes the conception of the unification of Europe. The future European constitution should – create a uniform standards of human rights coming in force in all member countries of EU. Especially Poland must forget the allegedly “strategic” partnership with USA. It’s a fairy-tale and illusion made by political class in Poland. The true future of Poland are good relations with our close neighbours like Russia and Germany. The exotic transatlantic alliance on the one hand weakens polish credibility in Europe, on the other hand annuls the entire conception of united Europe. Political class in Poland should choose: USA or Europe? If Europe, necessary is to proof all the hitherto prevailing foreign policy. Policy by which Poland only loses and wins nothing.

THE BASIC RESEARCH problem of the article titled „The German SPD. From the reform to the absence of the programme?” is the proof to answer on the question: If the origin reform programme of the German Social Democratic Party opened from above the way to the tendency of lack ideological identity and washed out her programme? The German Social Democratic Party has gone a long way and deep evolution. From the party which tried to reform the Capitalism through the party voting in 1914 for the taking part of Germany in the First World War and aft er her finishing, she carried a responsibility for murdering Rosa Luxemburg and Karl Liebknecht to the modern problems with ideological identity. Author of the article signals the visible similarity between the German and Polish (SLD) Social Democratic Parties. In fact, both resigned from any socialist aspirations and made transition to the pure liberal – bourgeois policy.

This paper is an attempt to analyse European leadership and the role played by a reunited Germany in the European Union. The author proposes five fundamental theses: 1) the reunification of Germany ruined the balance of power in Europe; 2) the Eastern enlargement of NATO and the EU has moved the zone of political and military influence of the USA to the line of the Bug river; 3) the Germans have confirmed their position as a European power; 4) the foreign policy of Angela Merkel is a continuation of Gerhard Schroder’s policy, meaning a transfer of the focus from European policy to prioritising German national interests; 5) the German issue has remained open.

THE ARTICLE IS a proof to make an account of this administration. From the point of view of the author, ex-president Bush jr. will be described as the worst president in the entire history of the United States of America. He carries the personal responsibility for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and the huge civil victims in these countries. Under the administration of Bush all the principles of international law were broken in order to promote American hegemony everywhere in the World. Current financial crisis is only one of the consequences and evidence that the USA in the times of Bush presidency has lost his credibility. The using of tortures and maintaining such camps like Guantanamo or Abu Ghraib discredited the founding myth of the USA about freedom and democracy. The Author is visible astonished that political class in Poland agreed on installation of the so called military shield on the territory of Poland. Its proves how irresponsible and dangerous decisions can be made by Polish government. The new hope for America and the World is a new American president Barack Obama. Many people all over the world would like to believe in his promised change though the author remains skeptical to such expectations.
