Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie analizy i oceny gospodarki magazynowej na przykładzie wybranego centrum logistycznego. Z tego względu do analizy i oceny koniecznym było opracowanie metody, która będzie się charakteryzowała dużą elastycznością. Pozwala ona na dobór odpowiednich zależności dostosowanych zarówno do celu kontroli, jak i samej specyfiki badanego podmiotu. Wynika to z dostępności wielu mierników i wskaźników logistycznych o zróżnicowanej charakterystyce oraz pojemności informacyjnej.

The aim of this article is to present an analysis and evaluation of the warehouse management on the example of a given logistics centre. For this reason it was necessary to develop a high flexibility method. It allows selecting appropriate dependencies adapted to both the aim of a control and the specific nature of a tested object. This is due to the availability of numerous measures and logistic indicators of different characteristics and information capacity.

Purpose of the article is identification of logistics centers in Italy, their analysis, and evaluation of competitiveness on this basis. Establishment of the evaluation methodology allowed to select the best of five logistics centers operating on the Italian logistics services market. The evaluation of competitiveness has been carried out using the Bellinger`s Method by determination of the position of a logistics center, taking into account its resources, capabilities, opportunities and potential in relation to the structure of the market. The study shows that Interporto Sud Europa SpA - Logistics Center in Marcianice is a leader in the Italian market for logistics services. The total assessment obtained by this center is 86.7 points. The second position achieved Interporto Merci Padova SpA - Logistics Centre in Padua with a score of 65.0 points. The last place belongs to logistics center of Verona Interporto Quadrante Europa, with 48.9 points. The author presents the current state of knowledge regarding regarding already functioning logistics centers in the Italian logistics services market. The author analyses the competitiveness of logistics centers in Poland. The analytical method developed by the author helps to achieve the measurable results without having to use complex mathematical methods.

Celem artykułu jest dokonanie identyfikacji centrów logistycznych we Włoszech, ich analizy i na tej podstawie przeprowadzenie oceny konkurencyjności. Dzięki opracowanej metodologii oceny dokonano wyboru najlepszego centrum logistycznego pośród pięciu funkcjonujących podmiotów gospodarczych tego typu na włoskim rynku usług logistycznych. Ocenę konkurencyjności przeprowadzono wykorzystując metodę wielokryterialnej analizy systemowej Bellingera poprzez wyznaczenie pozycji danego centrum logistycznego, uwzględniając jego zasoby, możliwości, szanse i potencjał w stosunku do struktury rynku. Z przeprowadzonych badań wynika, że Interporto sud Europa S.p.A. – Centrum Logistyczne w Marcianice jest liderem na włoskim rynku usług logistycznych. Łączna ocena uzyskana przez to centrum wynosi 86,7 punktów. Pozycja wicelidera przypadła Interporto Merci Padova S.p.A. – Centrum Logistyczne w Padwie z wynikiem 65,0 punktów. Ostatnia pozycja przypadła Centrum Logistycznemu w Weronie Interporto Quadrante Europa, które uzyskało 48,9 punktów. Autor przedstawił aktualny stan wiedzy na temat funkcjonujących centrów logistycznych na włoskim rynku usług logistycznych. Następnie przeprowadził ocenę konkurencyjności centrów logistycznych w Polsce. Wykorzystana metoda analityczna opracowana przez autora w sposób mało skomplikowany i bez stosowania złożonych metod matematycznych daje wymierne wyniki.

The aim of the article was to optimize warehouse processes in the selected company. The research problem is expressed in the form of a question is: What impact has the appropriate use of space usable storage in the enterprise X on the effectiveness of the processes of storage? During the development of this article we use the following research methods such as literature analysis and business documents, synthesis, reasoning and research tool, which was a ratio analysis. The article consists of an introduction describing a trajectory idea reflection of concerns in the development, part of the main theoretical approach on the storage system, the characteristics of the company, analysis and evaluation of the development of usable storage company X and the concept of improving the efficiency of operated warehouse.

Celem artykułu analiza procesów optymalizacji magazynowych w wybranym przedsiębiorstwie. Problem badawczy wyrażona następujące pytanie: Jaki wpływ ma odpowiednie zagospodarowanie przestrzeni użytkowej magazynu w przedsiębiorstwie X na efektywność realizowanych procesów magazynowych? Podczas opracowania tego artykułu wykorzystano następujące metody badawcze: analiza literatury i dokumentów przedsiębiorstwa, synteza, wnioskowanie oraz narzędzie badawcze, jakim była analiza wskaźnikowa. Artykuł składa się ze wstępu kreślącego ideę rozważań problemów podjętych w opracowaniu, części głównej dotyczącej ujęcia teoretycznego systemu magazynowania, charakterystyki przedsiębiorstwa, analizy i oceny zagospodarowania przestrzeni użytkowej magazynu przedsiębiorstwa X oraz koncepcji poprawiającej efektywność eksploatowanego magazynu.
