Disputes between entrepreneurs occur very often. One of the ways of solving them is mediation, based on the principles of voluntary, confidential, good faith, neutrality and impartiality. Amicable settlement of conflicts has many advantages for all parties to the dispute. They can save time and money, and control the mediation itself. Moreover, it is discreet. The aim of the article is to show the benefits of economic mediation for entrepreneurs, its course and the role of a mediator.

Spory między przedsiębiorcami występują bardzo często. Jednym ze sposobów ich rozwiązywania jest mediacja, opierająca się na zasadach dobrowolności, poufności, dobrej wiary, neutralności i bezstronności. Ugodowe rozstrzyganie konfliktów ma wiele zalet dla wszystkich stron sporu. Mogą one zaoszczędzić czas i pieniądze, a także kontrolować przebieg samej mediacji. Celem artykułu jest ukazanie korzyści z mediacji gospodarczej dla przedsiębiorcy, jej przebiegu oraz roli mediatora.
