The article is a case report of the analysis of the selected language skills of a 69-year-old woman after brain infarction of the left hemisphere, as a result of which an auditory-mnestic aphasia occurred. The definition of a type of aphasia was possible due to a detailed evaluation of the lingual and mental capacities of the patient. The assessment of interactive capabilities demonstrated various difficulties that created an individualized character of speech pathology. Although the patient was able to respond to communication, initiate her own utterances, and execute intentions, her texts were uncommon. In most cases, patient texts did not correspond to the previous context. A constant pattern is visible in the analyzed conversations which can imply the presence of a loop.
