W artykule omawiamy wybrane aspekty neoliberalizmu, w kierunku najważniejszych problemów współczesnego świata, powiązanych z rozwarstwieniem społecznym i problemami: ubóstwem i bogactwem. Analiza zawiłości kapitalizmu, umożliwia lepsze zrozumienie tego zjawisko w czasach kryzysu. Wydarzenia zapoczątkowane w 2008 roku, kiedy zbankrutował bank Lehman Brothers, dogłębnie ukazało gospodarcze zapatrywania i sposób przedstawiania zarówno doktryn w ekonomii, jak i polityce społecznej. Warto badać nierówności dziś i w przyszłości. Przypatrując się myśli i punktowi widzenia wolnościowego neoliberalizmu, a także skutków, jaki ze sobą niesie.

In the article we are discussing selected aspects of the neoliberalism, towards the most important problems of the modern world, connected with the social stratification and problems: with the poverty and the wealth. Analysis of the elaborateness of the capitalism, better understanding it enables the phenomenon in times of crisis. Events initiated in 2008, when the Lehman Brothers bank went bankrupt, in depth showed economic opinions and the way of showing both of doctrines in economics as well as the social policy. It is worthwhile checking irregularities today and in the future. Scrutinizing the thought and a point of view of the liberation neoliberalism, as well as effects with him-self he is carrying which.

Autorzy artykułu pragną skłonić do refleksji i zastanowić się nad zadaniami jakimi powinno zajmować się państwo. Poruszane kwestie dotyczą bezpieczeństwa, administracji, państwa opiekuńczego i finansów publicznych. Wiele poruszanych aspektów wydaje się na czasie, zwłaszcza dyskusja wokół spółek skarbu państwa. Pojawia się wiele pytań, między innymi: na ile ingerencja państwa sprzyja rozwojowi i obywatelom, a w jakim stopniu spowalnia gospodarkę i ogranicza swobody obywatelskie.

In this article, the authors aimed at induce to reflection some reflections concerning some strategic and development challenges that Poland should deal with. The issues disused in this paper concern safety, administration, welfare state and public finance. Many aspects discussed seem to be current topics, especially discussion around companies of the state treasury. Many questions appear, among them: to what extent the state interference is in the development and citizens favour, and what steps are slowing the economy down in and is limiting civil liberties.
