In the article a few problems have been mentioned concerning modern people who feel responsible for matters connected to creating the culture identity. The presented problems are balancing at the edge of art education, art and creativity and the role of an institution, system solution and capitalisms. Finally, after estimation of potential of phenomena existing in art and describing it as a potential ready to use, some questions have been asked in the text about actual condition and directions of necessary changes, due to the best social interests.

W artykule poruszonych zostało kilka problemów nurtujących współcześnie ludzi, poczuwających się do odpowiedzialności za kwestie związane z budowaniem tożsamości kulturowej. Przedstawione zagadnienia balansują na styku edukacji artystycznej, sztuki i twórczości a roli instytucji, rozwiązań systemowych i ustroju kapitalistycznego. Ostatecznie, po ocenie potencjału zjawisk rozgrywających się w sztuce i określeniu go jako potencjału gotowego do wykorzystania, w tekście postawiono pytania o kondycję stanu aktualnego i o kierunek koniecznych zmian w najlepiej pojętym interesie społecznym.
