Awizacja odprawy granicznej samochodów ciężarowych – system eBooking TRUCK

One of the innovative solutions implemented in recent years by the Customs Service is notifcation of trucks custom clearence system – eBooking TRUCK, where you can make electronic booking deadline for clearance of the vehicle. The main goal of introducing the system is to shorten the clearance time of trucks (reducing queues at border crossings) and better organisation of work of border services. In this paper are presented basic information about the system, the way of its implementation, available channels of communication with the customer and the characteristics of pilot actions.

Jednym z nowoczesnych rozwiązań wdrażanych w ostatnich latach przez Służbę Celną jest system awizacji odpraw samochodów ciężarowych – eBooking TRUCK, w którym można dokonać elektronicznej rezerwacji terminu odprawy pojazdu. Głównym celem wprowadzenia systemu jest skrócenie czasu odprawy ciężarówek (zmniejszenie kolejek na przejściach granicznych) i lepsza organizacji pracy służb granicznych. W artykule zaprezentowane są podstawowe informacje dotyczące tego systemu, sposób jego realizacji, udostępnione kanały komunikacji z klientem oraz charakterystyka działań pilotażowych.

In recent years, the Customs Service introduced more and more innovative solutions to improve its work and customer service. One of the projects to improve the organization of the work of the customs department is a control system of customs clearence developed by the Customs Chamber in Biala Podlaska. In this paper are presented basic information about the system, among others, description of the main modules (configuration, statistical, operating customs clearance, parking, communication, management officers) and the most important benefits of its implementation.

W ostatnich latach Służba Celna wprowadza coraz więcej innowacyjnych rozwiązań usprawniających jej pracę i obsługę klientów. Jednym z przedsięwzięć poprawiających organizację pracy oddziału celnego jest System Kontroli Odpraw opracowany przez Izbę Celną w Białej Podlaskiej. W artykule zaprezentowane są podstawowe informacje dotyczące tego systemu, m.in. opis najważniejszych modułów (konfiguracyjnego, statystycznego, obsługi odpraw celnych, parkingowego, komunikacyjnego, zarządzania funkcjonariuszami) i korzyści wypływające z jego wdrożenia.
