The subject of this article is the analysis of legal institutions in the form of: relief deferral of payment of contributions to the social security system and relief from the obligation to pay contributions to the social security system during the coronavirus in order to determine whether these reliefs are systemic or extraordinary. Observation of the indicated solutions is conducted to determine what are the legal consequences of deferring contributions or exempting from the obligation to pay contributions under state aid regulations).

Przedmiotem tego artykułu jest analiza instytucji prawnych w postaci odroczenia płatności składek na system zabezpieczenia społecznego w Polsce i zwolnienia z obowiązku opłacania tych składek podczas trwania epidemii koronawirusa w celu ustalenia, czy ulgi te są systemowe, czy nadzwyczajne. Analiza wskazanych rozwiązań prowadzona jest także w celu ustalenia, jakie są konsekwencje prawne odroczenia płatności składek lub zwolnienia z obowiązku opłacania składek w świetle przepisów o pomocy pubicznej
