The article introduces the concept of intercultural Polish studies. This scientific and didactic practice is presented in relation to the internationalization of higher education in Poland, foreigners studying Polish philology in Poland and abroad, changes in the identity of national philology, as well as methodological competences of lecturers working with foreign students and educational programs (Polish Studies for International Students).

Artykuł przybliża koncepcję polonistyki międzykulturowej. Ta naukowo-dydaktyczna praktyka prezentowana jest w odniesieniu do umiędzynarodowienia szkolnictwa wyższego w Polsce, cudzoziemców studiujących polonistykę w kraju i za granicą, przemian tożsamości filologii narodowej, a także niezębnych kompetencji metodycznych wykładowców pracujących ze studentami z zagranicy oraz programów kształcenia (filologia polska jako obca).
