The article concerns one of many systems for Internet student service. It was aroused in co-operation two schools in Krakow. This system well illustrates need of fast, cheap student service in administration matters. Author made a comparison with others systems which have are more frequently applied in high education.

Artykuł opisuje jeden z wielu systemów do internetowej obsług i studenta w wyższych uczelniach. Powstał on przy współpracy Akademii Górniczo - Hutniczej oraz Wyższej Szkoły Zarządzania i Bankowości w Krakowie. System ten dobrze ilustruje potrzebę szybkiego i taniego „obsłużenia" studenta w sprawach administracyjnych. Autor dokonał porównania systemu na tle innych coraz powszechniej stosowanych w szkolnictwie wyższym.
