The methodical approach to valuating the development of ameliorated ecological and economic agricultural landscape system based on the integral assessment of the level of the system’s development is worked out and scientifically substantiated. The analysis of the current method of assessing the anthropogenic and technogenic loading on the ecological and economic system is used. Assessment includes indicators of local, regional, national-level environmental, economic, social subsystems; index of local, regional, national level, environmental, economic, social subsystems; integral index of sustainable development.
