The main aim of this article is to try to identify changes and tendencies of undeveloped land market in Kartuzy commune between 2006-2009. This article in the first place presents the description of Kartuzy commune, both social and economic. Next, it offers information about the amount of transactions and sold surface area. The analysis of the unit price of undeveloped land depending on the local plan of spatial development or the study of spatial planning conditions and directions has also been carried out. Finally, the tendency of the undeveloped land prices in Kartuzy commune between 2006-2009 has been determined by using a moving average method.
